Victor McCoy is a trial attorney with over 25 years experience handling cases in a variety of substantive legal areas including:
- Auto – personal injury protection (PIP) and bodily injury (BI) claims
- General negligence

- Governmental immunity
- Worker’s compensation
Victor is a member in good standing in the Michigan State Bar and is admitted to federal practice in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Since becoming an attorney, Victor has enjoyed assignments as plaintiff’s counsel, defense counsel, as the trier of fact (as a worker’s compensation magistrate), and as an insurance claims examiner. Accordingly, he has a unique, experienced based perspective when handling contested matters having been on all sides of the equation.
In addition to his law degree, Victor has earned an A.A.S., Administrative Management; B.S., General Business; and an M.B.A., Concentration: International Business.
Victor is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
